As you know, I received my Filippo Berio BzzKit a few days ago & I finally got to cook with it last night!!
I made some steaks last night using Filippo Berio olive oil and man they were YUMMY!!! The flavor was amazing!! I usually use butter in the pan, but I used the olive oil instead and my husband could not get over the difference in the flavor and how much better he liked them.
I can't wait to try some of the recipes in the BzzKit recipe guide. But the difference this olive oil made on these steaks was unbelievable!!! So I know anything else will be good too! I'll update when I make more great food using this olive oil!!
